I like that this is a natural product. I do not wake up groggy in the morning, they work fairly quick at night putting me to sleep and I stay that way.

I normally take 2 10mg tablets before bed, now I am using the 3 mg capsules and I am taking 2 of them at night and I can't tell the difference in the 10's and the 3's. To me thats a good thing.

All in all I would recommend this product if you are having trouble going to sleep or staying that way this product can help you.
