Good Morning!
I have something I need to share with you today. I got the product in exchange for free for my honest review. All views, opinions and ideas about this product are my own. I use these in my everyday life, so this is actually my experience.
I have something that I use in my everyday life that might make you sleep better as well.
Actually, I don't always use them but I buy them for my partner so I can get some sleep. He snores so severe that we have started sleeping in separate rooms. Sad but its true. He wakes me up choking, gasping for air and in general just making noise.
HERE is some information from Breathe Right Web Page
DREAMING OF A BETTER NIGHT'S SLEEP?
How well we sleep at night can have a significant effect on
our ability to concentrate and perform during the day. Adults
need to focus on what needs to be done at home and at work,
while kids need to pay attention at school.
And for anyone whose sleep is affected by nighttime nasal congestion,
the impact can be monumental.

I use them myself when I am congested. My favorite is the lavender in small in the clear. I love the smell of the lavender as I drift off to sleep.
CAUSES OF NIGHTTIME NASAL CONGESTION
HOW DO BREATHE RIGHT®NASAL STRIPS WORK?
They seem simple, but Breathe Right Nasal Strips have unique engineering that make them an effective tool for managing nighttime congestion and improving sleep.
Nasal strips are made of flexible, spring-like bands that fit right above the flare of the nostrils. The underside is adhesive so that once positioned on the nose, they stay there. As the bands attempt to straighten back to their original shape, they lift the sides of the nose and open the nasal passages.
This lifting action helps open inflamed sinus passages and makes it easier to breath. Nose strips provide relief for congestion due to colds, allergies, or a deviated septum and reduce snoring caused by nighttime nasal congestion.
Breathe Right has several types of strips just for your comfort and you level of snoring/breathing.

WHAT IS A BREATHE RIGHT® NASAL STRIP?
The Breathe Right® nasal strip is a drug-free, non-prescription device that works mechanically – from the outside – to gently open nasal passages. This reduces the resistance to air flowing through the nasal passages and improves the ability to breathe through the nose.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Within each Breathe Right strip are flexible, "spring-like" bands. On the underside is a special adhesive that, when placed properly on the nose, gently sticks to the area right above the flare of each nostril. As the bands attempt to straighten back to their original shape, they gently lift the sides of the nose and open the nasal passages, providing immediate and continual relief.Your nose is divided into 2 chambers, or nostrils. At the back of each nostril is a narrow space called the nasal valve, which is only 1/10" wide. All of the air you breathe in through the nose has to pass through these spaces, which can become blocked for a variety of reasons. The Breathe Right strip widens the space by mechanically pulling open the flexible cartilage walls of the nasal valves, making it easier to breathe without the use of drugs.
WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM THIS PRODUCT AND WHEN CAN IT BE USED?
Congested people who want to improve their nasal breathing with a drug-free device will benefit from using Breathe Right nasal strips. The strips can be used whenever easier breathing is desired - while congested from allergies or colds – and to help you sleep better at night.
HOW DO THE STRIPS WORK FOR NASAL CONGESTION?
Congestion - whether from a cold or allergies - narrows the already-small breathing space at the back of each nostril, making breathing through the nose more difficult. A Breathe Right strip widens the air passage to reduce nasal airflow resistance and provides temporary relief from nasal stuffiness.
CAN BREATHE RIGHT® NASAL STRIPS HELP WITH SNORING?
Nighttime nasal congestion can lead to snoring, since you're more likely to breathe through your mouth when there is restricted airflow through your nose. Breathe Right® nasal strips work to improve airflow in your nose, which can help reduce snoring. In clinical study, 90% of snorers reported better sleep* with Breathe Right®. Which means Breathe Right nasal strips can have a positive impact for many snorers and their bed partners. If you suspect your snoring is a symptom of a serious condition, like sleep apnea, please see your doctor.*Scharf et al. Ear Nose Throat Journal 1994
CAN THEY REALLY HELP ME SLEEP?
If you're having difficulty sleeping at night, it may be because you're not breathing well through your nose. Even subtle breathing difficulties can lead to tossing and turning, fitful or disruptive sleep, waking up frequently, or waking up tired. Breathe Right nasal strips open your nasal passages so you can breathe through your nose and close your mouth. And that can help you sleep better.
HOW DO THEY WORK FOR DEVIATED SEPTUM SUFFERERS?
Millions of Americans have a deviated septum - a bend in the cartilage or bone that separates the nostrils. Symptoms include an airflow blockage through one or both nostrils, difficulty sleeping, chronic nasal stuffiness, and loud breathing or snoring. While Breathe Right nasal strips should not be considered an alternative to surgical correction, they can provide temporary relief by allowing air to pass more easily through the blocked nasal passage.
WHO CAN USE BREATHE RIGHT® NASAL STRIPS?
Anyone can use Breathe Right® nasal strips, except children under 5 years of age. The strips are made with a medical-grade adhesive. The package is sealed with natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions, so people with latex allergies should not use Breathe Right® nasal strips. Do not use over sores, sunburned or irritated skin.
HOW ARE CLEAR STRIPS DIFFERENT FROM TAN STRIPS?
Breathe Right® clear nasal strips work the same way tan strips do. However, the materials used are slightly different, making clear strips easier to remove, which can be beneficial for people with dry or sensitive skin.

6 DRUG-FREE TIPS FOR NIGHTTIME CONGESTION RELIEF
Your nose is congested, and you just can’t sleep. Sound familiar? It’s a problem facing millions of people on any given night. Here are some drug-free ways to immediately relieve nighttime nasal congestion.
HAVE SOUP FOR DINNER
What mothers have known for centuries, research is finally confirming: chicken soup really can make you feel better. It can act as an anti-inflammatory, helping clear the nose of excess mucus.
STEAM CLEAN YOUR NOSE
The simple act of inhaling steam can significantly loosen congestion. Before tucking in for the night, try taking a steaming shower or fixing yourself a hot cup of tea—and don’t forget to breathe deeply.
ADD GINGER
Try incorporating more ginger into your diet. Ginger is loaded with anti-inflammatory properties and has been used to combat colds and various ailments for centuries.
SET THE RIGHT HUMIDITY
The optimal level of humidity for sleep is between 30-50 percent. A hygrometer can measure humidity, to help you determine whether to run a humidifier or dehumidifier.
LIFT YOUR BED
Try elevating the head of your bed 6-8 inches. Sleeping at an incline can help your sinuses drain out and minimize swelling inside your nose.
ADD NASAL STRIPS
Nasal strips open your nasal passages from the outside, creating a wider opening for air to pass. This helps relieve nasal congestion caused by colds, allergies, or a deviated septum. They also help reduce snoring caused by nasal congestion.
